We prioritize raw products or those processed only through natural, physical methods like drying, fermenting, or pressing. This commitment applies to all our products, whether they have one ingredient or many, ensuring everything you choose is as close to its natural state as possible.

• Organic

We strongly prefer organic products—grown without synthetic chemicals or GMOs, and with a greater respect for biodiversity. We include high-quality non-organic options when no suitable organic alternative meets our standards.

• Strict on Additives

We strictly exclude synthetic flavors, emulsifiers, aromas, colors, or preservatives (E-numbers). Even naturally derived additives (which can also be E-numbers) are only permitted when truly essential for product quality and fully aligned with our other criteria—especially our minimal processing commitment.

• Balanced Nutrition 

We consider the overall nutritional profile. We review the types and levels of fiber, sugar, protein, salt, and fats to ensure a meaningful contribution to well-being.

• Local 

We actively support Dutch businesses and prioritize products that are locally made or grown. This approach strengthens the local economy and minimizes transport distances, reducing our collective environmental footprint.
