Usage
Matcha has a naturally nutty, smooth, and umami-rich flavour. The classic way to enjoy it: place about half a teaspoon in a cup, whisk to remove lumps, add around 80ml of hot (not boiling) water, then whisk again until it’s nice and frothy. You can also use warm (plant-based) milk for a creamy matcha latte. Matcha is equally great in smoothies, energy bars, or baked treats.Start with about ¼ teaspoon and adjust to find the amount that feels right for you. Just give it a quick stir if it sits too long as the powder tends to settle.
